“Spider’s Strategy” is widely considered as Osamu Kanemura’s major publication. Since 1992, the cult Japanese photographer Osamu Kanemura has had more than twenty solo exhibitions in Tokyo, New York and other cities. His photographs have been featured in many exhibitions, including the 1996 ‘New Photography 12,’ The Museum of Modern Art, New York, the 1997 ‘Absolute Landscape,’ Yokohama Museum of Art, the 2004 Rencontres Internationales de la Photographie d’Arles, and the 2006 Venice Architecture Biennale.
Co-published by Pierre von Kleist Editions, Lisbon and Osiris, Tokyo. Released December 19, 2017, the book is 88 pages (11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inches) with an essay by film critic, Chris Fujiwara.
