Founded in Poland by Bartek and Jaromir, Avionics’ first design is the completely handmade V.M. electric bike. Heavily influenced by 1930s aircraft and motorcycle design, the V.M. features a sweeping hardtail frame made from Chromoly steel and a leaf-sprung seat carved from Jatoba wood. The carved center case houses the battery, pedal assembly, and motor held with buckles and leather straps. The handlebars and light housing are hand-carved while spoked wheels with vintage-style tires and striking red aluminum hubs add contrast to the steel and natural materials. Limited to 52 units and available exclusively through the M.A.D.Gallery Geneva, the Avionics V.M., is art in motion.
